Abstract :
It is easy to find the bottlenecks in current production systems and provide an important basis on resource optimization in production line to use Flexsim simulation. First, find the bottlenecks in a production line and proposed a targeted solution based on Flexsim simulation. The simulation also shows that the solution can ease the bottlenecks in the process. Secondly, the output as an evaluation criteria, carry out the simulation and analysis on human resources conducted for the production line. Finally, according to simulation results, proposed the reasonable proposals on staffing in the production line.
