Abstract :
This paper describes a MMIC impedance matching system capable of correcting load mismatches of to up 5:1 a better than 2:1 VSWR. This system consists of a through-line loaded by series combinations of capacitors-switches and power detectors. Simulation and measurements results are also presented.
