The aim of this paper is to approach an interactive learning environments of diagnosis support and aid in the treatment of patients who present neurological problems. This paper proposes an architecture that facilitates the activities of the medical students, in decision-support, giving advice in physiotherapy about patients with cerebral vascular accident
