  • Abstract
Cloud computing is a collection of software, platform, and infrastructure offered as a service which can be accessed using web applications. Cloud Service User (CSU) can send the request of different services to the Cloud Service Providers (CSP) for accessing the cloud service. The request is mapped into cloud service in order to provide the quality of service for satisfying the CSU´s expectation. The service management plays an important role for selecting and managing the suitable services in the cloud environment. The request comes from the customer end for getting a service that has created an instance at the cloud. Service management in the cloud is an important factor for handling the cloud services in order to provide the reliable services to the customer. In cloud computing there is no specific standard and framework available to make an interaction between CSP and CSU. The common deployment framework can be introduced for accessing the cloud services with most efficient manner. Various models are available they are service composition, traffic shaping and deployment manager etc., The proposed work focuses on the cloud service management (SM) for managing the cloud service by using the common deployment framework. SM gets the request from various CSU´s, and it maps the request with appropriate service instance for managing and accessing those instances. The proposed work also focuses on the QoS response of the cloud to the CSU´s. In future the efficiency of the cloud service can be improved by adding the novel features of the Common Deployment Framework.
