A Research on the Relationship between Innovation Environment, Industry Environment and Transformational Performance

Organizational environment is closely related to organizational performance. This study tries to verify the relationship between innovation environment, industry environment and transformational performance via multilevel organizational behavioral questionnaires. The result points out that good innovation environment and industry environment have remarkably positive effect on transformational performance, and the result farther indicates that internal innovation system and the growth of industry are the most important factors of innovation environment and industry environment.
