Abstract :
This paper is concerned with robust observer design for linear time-delay systems in the presence of unstructured uncertainties and of disturbances as well. The proposed method ensures the stability of the observer and the H∞ attenuation of uncertainty and disturbance effects on the estimated error. The result is developed in a delay dependent framework and the observer gain matrix is obtained by solving a linear matrix inequality (LMI).
