Abstract :
In this study rational evaluation indicators were established to study Shanghai urban rail transit system, and the method of Extended Contributive Rule (ECR) was used to hierarchically analyze rail transit service quality, determines the different levels of service, and identifies various people groups´ requirement difference in the service quality. It was aimed to objectively evaluate Shanghai urban rail transit service quality and provide the rail transit operator with service improvement measures.
