Abstract :
Collaborative Commerce and Concurrent Engineering which have been emerging in recently years, are both two kinds of product developing model and organizing manner of enterprises. They play a important role in manufacturing especially. In the range of global, they are widely popularized either in science or in enterprises and industry. In this article, we attempt to reveal similitude of the both, and then make the observations on the possibility and reality of association of them. Then we try to give a brief evolvement of a new manufacturing model on the basis. That is A4D design system, and then we analyze the complexity of this system.
