Abstract :
In Precise Point Positioning (PPP), error sources at and above cm-levelhave to be either corrected or modeled. An experiment is performed in this paper with a single receiver to observe the phase wind-up effect by changing the relative orientation of the receiver antenna. Moreover, traditional PPP is extended by including a subset of code multipath delays in the state vector. Thus, the station coordinates are estimated in a Kalman filter, along with the clock offset, tropospheric zenith delay, narrowlane ambiguities and code multipath delays. The proposed method is verified with real GPS measurements and shows a significant improvement in both accuracy and stability.
