Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

The paper focuses study on the interaction of environmental quality for urban community at China, makes the interaction analysis of environmental quality of urban community, defines the environmental quality of urban community, establishes the conjunctive analysis framework of interaction of community environmental quality, puts forward the effective approach of sustainable improvement for the community environmental quality, takes the actual investigation and evaluation of interaction of community environmental quality, and makes the case study in the community at Qingshan district of Wuhan city.
