The Constituent Elements and Countermeasures for the Development of Innovative Enterprises

The goal of this paper is to analyze the constituent elements, the analysis model and the suggestions and countermeasures for the development innovative enterprises. Firstly, we make an introduction about the connotation and the characteristics of innovative enterprises. Then, we make an analysis on the constituent elements of innovative enterprises, and find that we can divide the innovation in the enterprise into four categories: technological innovation, market innovation, product innovation, and management innovation. Thirdly, we put forward the suggestions and countermeasures for the development innovative enterprises. Finally, we get the conclusion that the Implementing the system innovation, continuous technological innovation, human resources innovation, corporate culture innovation and the brand innovation can improve the innovative capability for the innovative enterprises.
