Abstract :
We propose a serviced oriented infrastructure, intelligent and timely sharing of agriculture related information to the farmer in their known language. We introduce globally common service oriented architecture that SOA give guidance to the farmer with user friendly manner. For example government introduced soil testing technique with free of cost still this service does not reach to the farmer. The SOA is co-related with mobile that is all information about service is send to their mobile with graphics oriented manner.
