Regional and cluster independent innovation ability evaluation of Anhui Province

The improvement of regional and cluster independent innovation ability is beneficial to promote regional development. Firstly, this paper defines the meaning of regional and cluster independent innovation ability, and in this foundation combines with the actual development of Anhui Province, then constructs the evaluation index system of regional and cluster independent innovation ability of Anhui. And makes an empirical analysis on the evaluation of Anhui. Finally, according to the results, this paper draws appropriate conclusions and recommendations.
