  • Abstract
    IT outsourcing of enterprise has been developing fast during last decade with great risk. It inherits essential risks of IT and possesses unique risks, on which attracts many research interests and achievements. This paper, after reviewing on the research development on IT outsourcing risk of enterprise, fist using theory and the method of rough set (RS) constructs the knowledge decision table of IT outsourcing risk and carry on the reduction to the related attribute; And then using support vector machines (SVM) in the decision-making data classification, helping policy maker assess and forecast the risk factors more quickly, thereby enhancing the scientific and accuracy of evaluation.
