Abstract :
This paper summarizes research results and analyzes the existing problems in the enterprises e-commerce models fields. Two main selection methodologies of enterprises e-commerce models based on resource and capability of enterprises and the dynamic competition environments are described. Based on the information system strategic planning theories, a portfolio tactics is proposed to give enterprises the guidance for transformation from only one e-commerce model to models alignment of more than one. This paper makes an attempt at to expand operating and management models of enterprises and e-commerce theory system. In addition, it also can guide enterprises to enhance the anti-risk capability, improve operating models, promote the rapid development of enterprises, and drive e-commerce technologies application to the all enterprises.
