Abstract :
Green credit policy as a new standard for bank loan has been known by more and more people. It is not only a new method to avoid bank´s risks, but also a new measure to promote energy-saving, emission reduction and sustainable development. More qualitative analysis of green credit has been done. Yet, through the method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to ensure the weights of each index and setting up membership function by use of statistical methods, this paper evaluates the extent of obstacle of green credit and the size of the impact of various factors by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. This paper has been designed to provide advice for decision-making.
