Abstract :
This thesis analyzes the present situation of Human Resource management in Private Enterprise and points out the strategy of innovation applied in human resource management system in private enterprise that the main contents include establishing enterprise´s own culture system and the concept of innovation of human resource management, and building up a set of incentive mechanism which can urge the advance, middle class and laggard as well as the training mode innovation etc. At the same time it emphasizes that innovation of human resource management system in private enterprises shall be involved in every employee.
