The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among knowledge employees´ individual career management, organizational career management and career satisfaction, 260 knowledge employees were assessed. The results were as follows: (1) There was a significantly positive correlation between individual career management and career success. (2) Organizational career management had positive effects on knowledge employees´ career success.
