Abstract :
In a given capacity and aircrew configuration conditions, how to adapt to the constantly changing of the course demand and capacity and how to make a reasonable distribution is a key problem. According to the benefit analysis of the flights, in a certain operation time, establish the dynamic stochastic programming model with some fuzzy variable which hope that the contributions maximize. Given the different variable fuzzy membership functions of the two kinds of random sequence, using the nonlinear programming algorithm for solving nonlinear integer programming, and get the optimal solution of the optimal route planning.
