Enterprise is an assembly of multi-contract systems, whereas the base of enterprise contract is trust. Economic contract and psychological contract serve as trust liaisons between an enterprise and the employees. The economic contract builds the foundation of psychological contract, which in turn consolidates the economic contract. The ultimate goal of an enterprise is to achieve and maintain psychological contract which enhance satisfaction with economic contract. Based on theoretical analysis, this paper proposes that system construction, system management and emotion management, dynamic contract management and total compensation management conspire to influence the parallel development of economic contract and psychological contract, which further promote and ensure the trust mechanism between the employees and enterprise.
