Abstract :
This paper constructs a new indicators system and chooses the TOPSIS model which is improved by grey contribution degree method. Based on the China´s construction industry statistical data from 2005 to 2007, the weights are quantitatively and objectively calculated by the way of calculating grey contribution degree. Based on Grey-TOPSIS evaluation model, competitiveness of China´s regional construction industry is evaluated. The results show that the unbalanced phenomenon in China is seriously existed.
