Abstract :
According to the requirements of low-carbon economy to new energy, this paper firstly points out the main problems existed in the evolution of solar PV industry and analyzes the strategic position of developing solar PV industry in Wuhan, and then puts forward a low carbon-oriented development model based on the circular, green and ecological pattern. Finally, it proposes a series of guarantee measures to support the healthy, stable and orderly development of PV industry in Wuhan.
