Abstract :
This paper addresses the problem of antenna selection algorithms in the MIMO-OFDMA downlink scenario. A thorough analysis of different antenna selection algorithms assorted from different exerting scenes is well developed. Then two novel SJNR-precoder-based receive antenna selection (RAS) algorithms are proposed to maximize system throughput and to reduce computation complexity. Moreover, a decomposed joint TAS (transmit antenna selection) and RAS algorithm is introduced. Experimental simulations show that our proposed RAS and J-TRAS schemes draw a sharp close performance to the optimal antenna algorithms while cutting down the computation complexity markedly.
