Abstract :
Multi-dimensional data model of genome - phenotype and proteome - phenotype is established from the research of the relation of special gene, protein, and phenotype in the space environment, by using data warehouse technology. Based on the model created, the relationship of the data is visualized by YALE. This paper presents a method to analyze large experimental data of gene, proteome and phenotype.
