Abstract :
The existing theories mainly focus on technological innovation of manufacturing enterprises. Compared with manufacturing enterprises, service enterprises pay more attention to satisfy customer demand and the accumulation of knowledge in the innovation process. This paper establishes evaluation index system of the services enterprises innovation on the basis of service sector innovation index (SSII), and makes an empirical test of the index system which is based on the data of service enterprises in China‥
