            Abstract : 
Bidding is a critical activity for most of contractors in face of intense competition. Thus, it is necessary to develop a practical bidding decision method. This paper presents a bidding decision model based on the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method. As an illustration, a practical example of a construction company is cited, which demonstrates the application of this method and shows how this method can provide the decision makers with convincing and reliable results.
