Sustainable Development Strategy of Sub-Center Cities in Hubei under the Energy and Pollution Constraint

This paper first describes the development of energy-saving and production reduction status on the four aspects, in Yichang City. It has done a considerable work on energy saving and emission reduction in Yichang City while it also remains some serious problems due to irrational industrial structure, the unreasonable working mechanisms and the pressure of energy-saving and emission reduction from growing industries. This paper put forward concrete proposals and measures to resolve these problems.
