After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

China´s equipment manufacturing industry has developed rapidly, but the environmental pollution which is brought about by equipment manufacturing industry is very serious. The equipment manufacturing industry is one of the mainstays for implementation of circular economy. This paper mainly studies the development modes of equipment manufacturing industry under concept of circular economy. There are three kinds of modes, including green manufacturing mode, recycle and remanufacture development mode, and building eco-industry chain mode.
