Abstract :
In order to solve quickly the "Agriculture, Rural areas and Peasantry" problems. This article estimates capital stock of rural road, water supply and electric power facilities from 1990-2007. Then it sets up double logarithmic production function-C-D model on the basis of hypothesis. Finally, using Eviews 5.0, it estimates the economic performance, ascertains investment contribution level of rural road, water supply and electric power facilities.
