Research on traffic organization and command support system under the emergency

For the problem of emergency traffic organization, designed the architecture of traffic emergency organization and command support system. Firstly analysised the emergency transportation organizational processes in-depth, and then put forward the route and possible projects of emergency traffic organization program. Finally, designed a traffic organization and command support system, and requested the system structure and function, and definitude the flow of traffic organization and command.
