Abstract :
This work aims to study a 200-fs laser-pulse-pumped distributed feedback laser based on poly(9,9-dioctylfluorene-cobenazothinole). Electron beam lithography is used to fabricate the DFB grating for the surface emitting laser. The laser-pulse build-up dynamics is time-resolved in the ps time domain and the role of morphology is investigated.
