Abstract
The quality of Master of Engineering Management teaching has a significant impact on the training of Engineering Management Master. The existing evaluation methods had not considered the dynamic variability of teaching quality, so it could not express the teaching quality comprehensively, and it also could not propose effective measures in improving the quality. Based on dynamic fuzzy set theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation by single-and multi-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of teaching quality model was set. The model could not only reflect the degree of fuzzy evaluation, but also reflect the trend of its development and changes, It would help to evaluate the teaching quality of Master of Engineering more scientific and objectively.
