Abstract
The service needs of bilingual learning of university students, is to use the concepts of services of scientific, to help the students understand and make the total planning and arrangement of bilingual learning as well as know how to make decisions on bilingual learning in order to realize the common benefits of both teachers and students from teaching and learning. The main method is that, based on the full investigations of students, the teachers improve the students ´ interest in bilingual learning of different levels by enriching online courseware designing as well as improve and perfect the courseware function. The teachers should also provide guidance for learning strategies, functional complementation for a variety of learning methods and open horizons for the learning environment, and at the same time, provide a relative binding learning platform for the self-discipline of students´ learning.
