Abstract :
The paper considers the GS (Gap statistics) model of the optimum segmentation number of the image by taking the standard gray values of the image and the position information as the data and by endowing them the normalizing weights. It studies, by taking the weights as the variables, the evolvement of the optimum segmentation of the image from the pure gray values to the pure space data of the image and their relative connection.
