  • Abstract
    In order to improve the quality of estimates that are obtained from experiments with different loading cycles, we suggest the following method of materials fatigue testing. During rotation the sample is loaded with cylindrical bend. Cross-section of a sample represents a symmetric cross. Irregular rotation of a the sample within one turn creates different forms of loading cycle in relatively perpendicular sample walls. The sample has two stress concentration profiles. Therefore, in the first four points the loading pattern is different from the loading pattern form in the four points. This allows us to obtain more information and thus, get a better estimate of the influence of the load parameters on fatigue age of the sample.
