Abstract :
Considering the working state of the drum of Miner, the paper puts forward to a method which is using fuzzy control technology based on PLC to identify the boundary between coal and rock and designs a multi-parameter hierarchical fuzzy controller. The simulated experiment indicates that the controller we designed has high sensitivity, fast response, accurate judgment to the variation of inputting variables, easily-modified database and hard real-time property. The controller is suitable to identify the boundary between coal and rock and adjust the drum of Miner.
