  • Abstract
    The small and medium enterprises in the national economy occupy an important position in Chinese economic growth, labor, employment and social stability and development. For 2007-2008 global financial crisis, Chinese national economy caused by a powerful impact, but also the development of Chinese small and medium enterprises causing serious impact. Based on growth indicators of 218 cities listed on Shanghai and Shenzhen SMEs, the current financial crisis on the impact of Chinese small and medium enterprises conduct an empirical analysis through the cluster analysis method. The results show that in 2008 Chinese small and medium enterprises affected by the financial crisis strongest year for the development of SMEs in China in 2009 has begun to rebound.
