The safety problems exploration and analysis in technology development and application

Technologies have brought great changes to the human beings´ way of living and producing. While enjoying the advance brought by technologies, worry about the safety problem it may cause spreads more and more widely. In this paper there is an analysis of technologies-developing and technologies-applying process and an elaboration on every stage of it in detail. Then a model for technologies safety problems in development and application is provided. At last the analysis has been done using the technology as example.
