  • Abstract
As to the equipment system comprised by multi-components with different maintenance modes, when one of the components has serious deterioration, there exists a problem that it should be repaired immediately or can be synchronized repaired with others in a slight delay. Aiming at this problem, the course of optimal synchronization decision of correlation maintenance task in different maintenance modes is researched, and the optimal synchronization decision model of correlation maintenance task is built. The target of the model is minimizing the maintenance/breakdown cost per unit of time with the information of fully considering and using the equipment technological status, the equipment system running time, big and small maintenance constraints, maintenance time and maintenance/breakdown cost under various maintenance modes. The calculation of the example shows that the model is feasible and effective, and it can provide decision support to solve the problem.
