Abstract
White-collar workers are high-productivity people arisen in recent years, and they directly affect the economic development situation and development mode in the cities or the areas where they located in, and it is also considered of the change of such population migration. The article will research on the mode and the white-collar population flow in the domestic 30 big/medium cities through the attraction model for population flow established from wage, housing price etc. The result proves that the attraction factor we selected is a chief reason for white-collar to decide to migrate. The last part of the article forecasts the amount of white-collar in each city in the near future.
