Countermeasures in expanding the pioneering enterprises around the refocusing strategy on the core competitive power

When the pioneering enterprises have gone by the growing stage and entered into the grown-up period, the bottleneck to curb their development is the strategy choice and its expansion countermeasures. So, the paper explores the main internal and external issues of the pioneering enterprises in today´s global economy and puts forward the points of view of the refocusing strategy on the core competitive power by combining the theoretical study with the authentic proof. The paper thinks that the refocusing strategy on the core competitive power is an optimum choice for the pioneering enterprises to elbow their way through this intensively competitive society and their development countermeasures should be formulated around this strategy. Namely, they are obliged to integrate their limited resources into the core competitive power so as to seek for a survival. Also, the paper designs a framework of the countermeasures on the base of the refocusing strategy on the core competitive power and makes a detailed study of them. Finally, a conclusion is drawn that the key to survive for the pioneering enterprises is to establish the refocusing strategy on the core competitive power first, and then formulate the development measures so as to form and maintain the core competitive power catering for the market.
