Abstract :
Simultaneous reduction in operating voltage and optimization of performance is a significant problem for portable wireless designers. Achievement of these conflicting goals requires careful consideration and design of semiconductor materials, transistor devices, circuit topologies and system architectures. Each of these issues is explored and discussed as they affect these problems.
