Abstract :
GDP and fiscal revenue are two key indicators of many economic ones. They are the ‘barometer’ and ‘Monitor’ of comprehensive economic strength and development level of a region. In this paper, we have made panel data model based on that of fiscal revenues and GDP of 31 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) from 2001 to 2007 in China. The conclusion shows there is long-term stable relationship between China´s GDP and fiscal revenue, namely, the cointegration relationship.
