Abstract :
This paper presents the results of an experimental investigation on the electron density distribution inside a hollow cathode cavity and in plasma discharge normal design of vacuum arc discharge inside the hollow cathode column. Electron temperature, topogram of equipotential surfaces and the curves of electron´s equal temperatures in a plasma column are all presented.
