On the application of humanistic management to the training of university student cadres

Humanistic management is an important symbol of modern civilization. It has been a worldwide common research topic for nowdays higher education to build and implement humanistic management in universities, and cultivate all-round high qualified talents with self-awareness creativity. This paper analyzes the contents of humanistic management and its application to the student cadres training, and testifies its results on the student cadres training by presenting some humanistic management examples in my university.
