Abstract :
Real estate Marketing is the creative activities of real estate companies or agents to adjust to the new situation of the real estate market. It plays a significant role to advance healthy development of the real estate industry, urbanization and macro economy. Taking Lang Fang City for an example, this essay tries to explore the ways to develop real estate industry healthily in small and medium-sized cities in terms of the companies or agents.
