Abstract :
This paper mainly introduces the drought monitoring model based on the cloud parameters method and Remote Sensing data with a stable performance to the temporal and spatial variation of remote sensing data, especially in the spatial scale. Based on the fundamental of solar radiation, we deduce the spatial modification functions about the different drought levels with the regression method. Meanwhile, we validate the stability and adaptability of the temporal and spatial modification function through four different models: the original model, with the only temporal modified model, with the only spatial modified model and with both temporal and spatial modified model. Finally, we concluded the modified drought monitoring model´s stability and adaptability in the temporal and spatial scales.
