Abstract :
The paper studied the heterogeneity of the effect of producer services on China´s industrial economic growth. Our empirical study was made on industrial panel data sets. The results of our empirical study were robust to prove that producer services in the industrial sector have a positive impact on economic growth, but there were differences between the three different factor- intensified industries. To be specific, producer services to the labor-intensive industries drives the most, while the capital-intensive industries drives the minimum, the effect of producer services to industrial development has a differences between the areas.
