Research on Electronic Service Lifecycle Management of City Government

Electronic service is an important part of e-government development of city government, at present, the development of electronic services among regions is uneven, and information release, forms download, online delivery and online transaction processing co-exist. System analysis personnel is at the center position of electronic service lifecycle management, who is responsible for service analysis, design, implementation and maintenance, but growing demand of electronic service brings great challenge to electronic services management. This paper attempts to propose the basic thought of electronic service lifecycle management, to balance responsibilities between system analysis and operational support members, to promote the electronic service development of city government.
