Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Supply chain management is the modern management important content, but carries on the confirmation and the quota with difficulty in the supply chain management to the external factor, affected has supplied the application which the chain managed. This article on the supply chain management proposed that solves the above problem with the Monte Carlo simulation model, and unifies Zhejiang some company to pack in a barrel the cooking oil practice, constructs the Monte Carlo simulation model system, the success solves this company´s product decision- making problem, and hoped for that can have the inspiration to other enterprises.
